Dreams Begin Small: My Why, My Children**
Before anyone called me an entrepreneur, a travel expert, or the owner of a national agency, I was simply a young mother with a folding table, two toddlers, and a dream that began at Walt Disney World.
My story doesn’t start with pixie dust or perfect timing. It starts in real life — with diapers, Fisher Price toys, medical bills, a phone line, a box of travel books, and a determination I didn’t yet know I had.
A Folding Table and a Dream
When I look back, everything truly began as I watched Disney through the eyes of my sons. Their joy became my spark. I saw Mickey come to life for them. I watched them glide through space on Star Tours and dig for “buried treasure” in the Pirates of the Caribbean gift shop.
My “office” was wedged in the corner of an empty room — a folding table covered with books about Walt Disney himself, The Kingdom He Created, and the only manual I could find on how to become a travel agent. No tech support, no staff, no mentor. Just me, a fax line (yes, thats how far back this is!), a new computer, and my boys playing on the floor beside me.
I wasn’t chasing a business back then.
I was chasing a life for my children.
That was my why.
